Bahria Enclave's committee needed the entrance boulevard and three separate parks brought up to a single consistent standard, plus an irrigation retrofit that could be managed centrally instead of park by park.
Scope of Work
- Entrance boulevard redesign and planting
- Design and build of three community parks
- Society-wide irrigation retrofit
- Hedge lines and shade-tree planting
- Ongoing Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
